Avocado Dip
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 fresh red or green chilli
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1 level teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 small bunch of fresh coriander
- 10 g extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon

Chop coriander on speed/5 for 3/secs until chopped. Set aside.
Chop the garlic cloves and red or green chilli on speed/6 for 5/sec or until chopped. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend on speed/5/6 whilst squeezing the juice of 1 lemon through the MC, until it's at the desired consistency.
Serve in a dip dish with nachos, veg sticks, breadsticks.
Serve as a condiment for Mexican chicken dishes.
Tip
This dip can be blended to your desired consistency. Really smooth, rustic or chunky
