- 450 grams cooked chickpeas
- 120 grams Fresh Lemon Juice (about 2-3 lemons)
- 120 grams tahini
- 1/2 tablespoon Sea salt, fine
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic
- 120 - 130 grams water

Place all the ingredients except the water into the TM. Turn TM on 1 min 30 secs, speed 9, and while mixing pour water in through MC hole until smoothness you prefer.
Tip
For a variant you could add a roasted red capsicum or sundried tomato with all the other ingredients before adding the water.

Great recipe and so easy to make. Thanks for sharing
This made a big batch so I took out half and added some roast capsicum to the half that remained in the bowl to make a variant of the dip. The did was very smooth. I wasn't sure if the recipe really meant to use 120 grams of fresh lemon juice. This seemed a lot and was a lot more that I squeezed out of 2 lemons (about 40 to 45 grams grams) so I just left it at that which was plenty. Thank you for the recipe.
