Ingredients
- 130 gram brown onion
- 1 --- garlic clove
- 20 gram ginger, peeled
- 50 gram olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 Red Chilli (optional)
- 330 gram carrots, chopped into pieces
- fresh lime or lemon
- small handful mint or coriander

Put garlic, ginver and onion in mixing bowl for 4 seconds on SP 5.
Scrape down sides and add olive oil. Cook for 7 minutes, SP 1, 100 degrees with MC on.
Add salt, cumin, red chilli (if using) and carrots. Mix on Sp 5 for 5 seconds.
Add 20g water and cook for 7 minutes, SP 1 at 100 degrees.
Add lime juice and mint or coriander and process on SP 6 for 10 seconds.
Serve when cool with biscuits or bread.
