Started making this when my kids were young as a good source of iron. They loved it on toast! Just whipped up a batch for my daughter post-natal. Guess I'll be making it for my granddaughter in a few years

I added chicken stock not salt about 1/4 tsp.
This is absolutely delish!! Made it twice now and is my favourite. So easy!!
Really delicious. Will definitely make again. Family & friends really enjoyed it too.
Thank you, that was my first time making pate, very nice.
The only thing I did differently was to blend it longer (1.5 minutes) to give it a smoother consistency.

I just made this & forgot to put the butter in but it's soooo yummy! I used brandy in mine, can't wait to eat it all!
Thank you. Absolutely deeeeeeeeelish.. Had to stop eating it with a spoon whilst cooling. I didn't tell the kids what it was, and they had it on toast and they loved it. So it will sandwich filler for sure. xxx (ps.. and too easy)
