- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g dry white wine
- 30g olive oil
- 300 g water
- 1 tablespoon TM vegetable stock concentrate
- pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 clove garlic

Place Spring Onion and Garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on Speed 7
Add Oil and sauté for 3 mins at 100c on Speed 1
Add Mushrooms and sauté for 5 mins at Varoma temperature on Reverse Speed Soft
Add Wine, Stock, and Pepper
Cook for 30 mins at Varoma temperature on Reverse Speed Soft
Add Plain Flour slowly while on Reverse Speed 1 to the consistency you like

I did put water in at same time as wine. But found recipe way too thick, needed to add twice as much water before serving
I would imagine the water would go in same time as wine, might be making this so thanks for pointing this out, I wouldn't want burnt mushrooms to happen !
So the ingrediants say water 300, but the method didnt mention it, so I didnt put it in. Burnt mushrooms happened.
