Ingredients
Cookie Dough Dip
- 1 can tin chick peas drained
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 5 g vanilla
- 20 g Nut Butter, I used peanut butter
- 25 g brown sugar, Can be optional
- 15 g rolled oats
- 50 g chocolate chips
- 10 g Milk, Can be non dairy milk. Start with 10g and add extra to get desired consistancy

Place all ingretients into TM bowl except chocolate chips and mix on speed 6 for 5 seconds
Scrape down sides of bowl
Add chocolate chips and mix on reverse for 5 seconds on speed 4 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Serve with plain crackers or celery or fruitand mix for 3 seconds on speed 4

Ahhhh, I recognise this dip! It's a CCK recipe She has such delicious stuff on her blog and I'm so looking forward to trying stuff in my Thermie now. Will be even easier I think. I like it best with cashew butter And you can sub out the sugar with soaked and purreed dates too. I'd have to check on quantities for that though

I think Trudie just accidently hit 'fillet' in the back end instead of g for grams which is the next option down. Easily done, easily fixed. Hope that makes more sense for you now - happy cooking
