Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 can tomato puree
- 80 grams raw sugar
- 100 grams white vinegar
- 100 grams water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nigella seeds, (onion seeds)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic granules, or garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds, (black or yellow
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, or normal paprika

1. Add allspices 1min/Speed 9
2. Add tomato, water, sugar, salt and vinegar into mixing bowl set 30mins/Temp100/Speed 2. Leave MC off and use basket to stop splatter but reduce liquid.
3. Puree for 60sec/Speed 9 for really smooth sauce.

Tip
You can use 1 can of diced tomato in place of tomato puree to make a chunker style of sauce. And don't perform the final stage (puree at speed 9)
