- 300 g raw sugar
- 20 g lemon juice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Cut off stems and halve figs. Place into TM bowl.
Add sugar and lemon juice.Cook 30 min 100deg sp 2.
Cook further 15 min Varoma sp 2 with MC removed and TM basket ontop.
Pour into sterile jars.
Tip
Love this jam, so easy and tasty!

Delicious Fig jam. I had just under the kg so added 6 x Majool dates to make up the weight then added a sprinkle of cinnamon. OMGOODNESS so good. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊

I was kindly donated 375g of figs, so pared the recipe back accordingly, reduced the cooking times to 20 and 10 minutes, added a ginger powder and dried chillis - it's delicious! So thick! Love it, thanks for sharing.
Added dash of Marsala and vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon,cloves and ginger amazing colour and taste

Delicious and easy, I halved the recipe due to the amount of figs I had. I also added 1 teaspoon of mixed spice and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Turned out perfect
