Recipe's preparation

  1. Cut off stems and halve figs.  Place into TM bowl.
    Add sugar and lemon juice.

    Cook 30 min 100deg sp 2.

    Cook further 15 min Varoma sp 2 with MC removed and TM basket ontop.
    Pour into sterile jars.

    Delicious Fig jam. I had just under the kg so added 6 x Majool dates to make up the weight then added a sprinkle of cinnamon. OMGOODNESS so good. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊

    Easiest and best Fig Jam. Made it a couple of times now. So easy in TM6, and have finally been able to add to my Cookidoo account

    Perfect! A fabulous recipe to use up figs! Can be used for all sorts of things, cheese, porrige, baking..

    I like using the double amount of lemon. Thank you for sharing!

    I was kindly donated 375g of figs, so pared the recipe back accordingly, reduced the cooking times to 20 and 10 minutes, added a ginger powder and dried chillis - it's delicious! So thick! Love it, thanks for sharing. Love

    Delicious and easy, I halved the recipe due to the amount of figs I had. I also added 1 teaspoon of mixed spice and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Turned out perfect
