  • 1 green capsicum, roughly chopped
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 level tablespoons white vinegar
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 250 grams cream cheeese

Recipe's preparation

    Green Capsicum Dip

  1. Chop Capsicum on speed 7 for 3 seconds set aside

  2. Chop onion on speed 7 for 3 seconds on speed 7 remove 1/2 and set aside

  3. add butter, vinegar and sugar cook at 100 on speed 1 for 3-5 minutes

  4. add onion and capsicum and mix for 1 minutes on spped 4

     

  5. add cream cheese and mix on speed 3 for 2 minutes

    pour into dish and refiridgerate until set
