  • 2 slices ham
  • 250 g Philly Cream Cheese

Mayonnaise

  • 1 egg
  • 40 g sugar
  • 30 g vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 30 g Milk
  • 10 g butter/marg
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Method

  1. Chop onion 2 secs speed 7 then add gherkins and ham chop 2-3 secs speed 4- set aside

  2. Insert butterfly and place all mayonnaise ingredients in bowl. Cook 7 mins 90o speed 3.

    Cool slightly, add cream cheese and mix 10 secs speed 4,scrape down sides, remove the butterfly add the ham,gherkin & ham mix and stir 10 secs speed 4 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" .

    Serve with crackers and or vegetable sticks
