Hoisin Dipping Sauce
- 1 centimetre ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 grams olive oil
- 100 grams hoisin sauce
- 20 grams soy sauce
- 50 grams water

1. Place ginger and garlic into bowl. Chop 4 seconds, speed 7.
2. Add oil and cook for 2 minutes, Varoma, speed 2.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 2.
Serve with fresh rolls
Optional: Can add a fresh chilli to step 1 if you are looking for something hotter.
Can also add chopped peanuts at the end.
