- 40 grams lemon juice extra

Just a variation of the recipe in the ECB with less sugar!
Place all the ingredients in the TM bowl and cook 8 min/80 degrees/ speed 3
If at setting point, the mixture should coat the back of a spoon with a thick layer. If butter is not set cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Pour into a jar and refrigerate
Tastes great just on toast, on a banana muffin or with chicken

Anyone know how long this will last in the fridge please
I made this today and is delicious, so easy. I had my eggs and butter at room temperature because I thought that might help with the setting. It came out perfect, thank you so much for this quick and easy recipe
I used Ghee instead of butter and honey in place of sugar and cooked for 10 mins.

I've always loved lemon butter and thought my aunty made it the best until I came across this recipe. This is amazing !!! So creamy and it's just perfect. I gave my mum some and she has nearly used the whole jar in 3 days. This recipe is a winner and it will be a regular in my house now . I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
Used honey instead of castor sugar, added 2 mins to cooking time
