TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Wow - I bought mangos for a fundraiser and wondered how to use them - this sauce is fabulous!
Love this recipe but I cook it for 10 minutes longer and add cornflour paste to thicken.
Have also made a pineapple version instead of tin mango.
Thanks for a great easy recipe Jennifer. I've made this a few times now & it never fails. It has a beautiful flavour combining two of my favourite foods, mango & chilli. Hubbies mates have been known to drink it straight from the bottle!
Have made this heaps of times and given to family and friends, out of all the sauces I make this is their favorite and mine 👍
Smiley80: I add some cornflour and it thickens great
Tastes divine but mine has ended up very runny/watery. I left it on for another 10mins. Any suggestions to thicken it up?
Fantastic, have even converted notn mango eaters
Made this for my chilli loving partner (without the ginger because he's not a fan), and he loves it.
Perfect consistency.
Thank you.
