Insert Butterfly. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 8 min/80C/speed 3.
Place in sterilised jars and chill until thickened.
Use as filling to make tarts or simply serve as accompaniement to other sweets.

Be good if we knew the exact quantity of lemon juice as lemons are all different sizes. Mine are huge. Also I used a big lemon and cooked in supercook . Would do for a min or 2 extra

How much lemon juice would you use in this recipe..............the lemons I have a large and VERY juicy - is it possible to put too much juice?
