Tip
This will produce a thick, crunchy, semi-sweet peanut satay sauce. Goes really nicely with chicken, vegetables and rice.
Use smooth peanut butter if you wish to have a less crunchy sauce.
Great for kids, as it is mild and semi-sweet.

Quick and easy and delicious. I added a knob of fresh ginger with the onion and garlic. Delicious!
Wanted a satay sauce to rival the Thai restaurants but without fish sauce as husband doesn't like it. This was a great easy recipe. Only had 100g of smooth peanut butter so added 50g salted and roasted peanuts chopped on speed 5, 5 secs. Added a shake of chilli flakes too. Delicious. Will definitely make again. Made about 1.5 -2 cups. we didn't eat it all and it reheated well the next night. I think it would freeze well too.
Couldnt recommend this recipe enough was so yummy have made it a few times now yummmmyyy
Followed recipe and found the final product just a little bland, needed to add chilli and extra soy to bring the flavour up a bit. Possibly a good one for the kids.
Nice and simple to make. Great taste. Always my go-to satay sauce. Many thanks
This is a really yummy easy satay. I was just hanging for satay and put this together in seconds and it didn't disappoint. Had all the ingredients in the cupboard.
Used for satay chic and rice. Huge hit in this house! Kids love it!
