- 2 clove garlic
- 40 g lemon juice
- 20 g olive oil
- 40 g tahini
- 10 g vinegar
- 20 g water
- salt to taste

Add chickpeas, chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, tahini and vinegar to the Thermomix. Mix all ingredients at Speed 4 for 30 seconds.
Add water (and salt to taste) then mix at Speed 4 for 30 seconds. Push down sides then cook at 90 degrees on Speed 4 for 2 minutes.
(Optional) Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and salt.
