- 2 tbsp Ground Coriander
- cream cheese, 1/2- full tub depends on consistency wanted

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven 180-200 degrees.
2. Wrap Beetroot & Garlic (if roast garlic is wanted).In foil and then baking paper.
3. Place in oven for 30 -40mins
take out & take skin off beetroot ( It should fall off). Chop into 4 pieces each.
4. Put Garlic in Thermomix for 3 sec speed 75. Put Beetroot in & also put on for 5 sec speed 7.
6. Put spices in.
7. Put Cream cheese in & put thermomix on for about 10 sec speed 7, until desired consistency.
Eat with crackers or can also be used as a chicken marinade.
