Ingredients
Rocket & Macadamia Pesto Dip
- 50 g rocket leaves
- 100 g honey roasted macadamia nuts
- 100 g parmesan cubed
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 small piece red chilli deseeded
- bunch flat leaf parsley leaves
- 40 g olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Place cubed parmesan, rocket, honey roasted macadamia nuts, parsley garlic, chilli and salt & pepper and chop 5 seconds on speed 8.
Once smooth, turn to speed 4 and add the olive oil into the mixture in a slow stream through the lid until well combined.

Tip
Serve pesto as a dip or serve tossed with pasta.
If you can't find honey-roasted macadamia nuts, use roasted macadamia nuts and add 25-30g honey in step 1
