I'm cooking this todayTip
I have adapted a Nigella recipe, this is an absolute favourite in our house.
Place a reserved avocado seed into the dip to keep it from going brown, if you wont be serving it straight away.
Using freshly milled cumin & coriander seeds makes it even tastier
Our family has been having this dip every Christmas for many years!

I don't normally eat avocado but using it in this dip recipe is lovely.
I accidentally put in a whole lemon's worth of juice the first time but balanced out the overly lemon flavor by adding some sour cream and honey with surprisingly delicious results.
Thanks for the share I'll definitely be making more!
