  • 700 g Pealed tomatoes, mark a cross at the base of tomatoes - add to a bowl of boiled water and cover for 5 mins
  • 600 g brown onion
  • 150 g apple cider vinegar
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp Corn Flour
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp tumeric
  • 2 tbsp curry powder

  1. 1. Chop onions Sp5/5 secs.

    2. Add tomatoes and chop Sp5/5 secs.

    3. Add all other ingredients. Cook 60mins/100deg/Sp 1/Reverse - without MC and steaming basket on top.
