Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sm bunch parsley
  • 2 shallots/spring onions
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 20 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt
  • 20-40 g water
  • 1 can white beans (cannelloni, butter etc)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place parsley, garlic and shallots/spring onions into TM bowl.
    Chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.

     

  2. Scrape down sides of bow, with spatula and add remaining ingredients. 
    Mix for 20 seconds (or until desired consistency is achieved) on speed 4–5.

Tip

Extra water can be added to acheive desired consistancy.

    I'm a novice in the kitchen and I just made this. mine is REALLY runny and I'm guessing that the can of beans should have been drained ? I didn't add the water luckily. Now to figure out how to thicken it.

    Nice! I would not overdo the parsley. Definitely only small bunch of parsley and I also added grated Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. Yum

    Are there actually supposed to be white beans in this? I don't see them in the ingredients list.
