TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely delicious! I think the Dijon mustard really makes it. If living to sit for a bit, I would cover top of sauce with cling wrap to prevent skin from forming on the surface.
This was quite a nice sauce but I agree a bit too much onion. Next time I think I’ll use just half an onion
Sorry, I didnt add the amt of flour, it now shows up on the ingredient list. I made this tonight and added a clove of garlic with the onion and it tasted good.
Great sauce but can you please advise the quantity of the flour?
Thank you
How much flour is in this recipe please
Made this one, was not too bad but felt maybe tooo much onion. I put in two heaped tablespoons of flour in... as it didn't have a quantity in the ingredients list.
I added all the juice that I had slow cooked a webber roast with an onion in and added a tiny bit more flour and it was amazing!
How much flour?
