- 50g Butter
- 1 small bunch parsley
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 Salt and Pepper to tasts
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 20g olive oil

dry roast or grill nuts till golden brown
chop eschalot and garlic scrape down add butter and oil and cook 5mins/100/speed 2
add roughly chopped mushrooms/thyme/parsley and cook 10min/100/speed 1.5/with basket in place of mc,allow to cool slightly
add nuts and process on speed 10 for 30secs put into 2 greased ramekins.
serve with crackers or bread

Made this for vegetarian friend. Lovely. Also added extra thyme and sage. Added a teaspoon of cognac and cream (before blending) Also used walnuts. Melted butter for the top as I froze them.
