  • 1kg ripe tomatoes, peeled chopped and skinned
  • 250g Brown Onions, Peeled and halved, chop 3secs speed4
  • 1tbs salt
  • 2 large green apples, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 175g applecider vinagar
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 1tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1tsp ground allspice
  • 2tsp curry powder
  • 1/8tsp cayene pepper
  • 1lg red chilli, sliced

Recipe's preparation

    day 1 preparation
  1. skin tomato/onions chop and sprinkle over the tbs  salt and leave over night to soak

  2. drain tomato onion mix well put into thermomix add apples and vinagar and cook for 6min/v/speed 1.5

     

    then add everything else and cook for 6 mins/v/speed1.5/rev

     

    lower heat to 100 and cook for further 30mins if it bubbles over put steaming basket check after 20mins to make sure not sticking pour into sterilized jars

     

     

     

Tip

if you want thicker cook longer but i found nice tmrc_emoticons.)

    Hi I'm not sure how this reciepe reads .....if it boils over put steamer basket ?????? What do you mean ?
