Carrots in Sauce
- 2 carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 level tablespoons honey
- 2 level tablespoons Butter

Peel and cut Carrots in half. Slice each half in half lengthways and cut into sticks
Place Garlic in TM bowl and chop 3 sec on Sp 7
Scrape down sides of bowl and add Garlic and Honey
Heat 1 min at 90 deg on Sp 2
Add Carrots and cook 10 min at Varoma Temp on Reverse Sp 1.

Tip
Use different vegetables to create variety. e.g. parsnip.
Enliven the humble Silver Beet by slicing 6-8 leaves and replacing the carrots! Cooking time will need to be decreased to approx 6 min
