  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 level tablespoons honey
  • 2 level tablespoons Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Carrots in Sauce
  1. Peel and cut Carrots in half.   Slice each half in half lengthways and cut into sticks

  2. Place Garlic in TM bowl and chop 3 sec on Sp 7

  3. Scrape down sides of bowl and add Garlic and Honey

  4. Heat 1 min at 90 deg on Sp 2

  5. Add Carrots and cook 10 min at Varoma Temp on Reverse Sp 1.

Tip

Use different vegetables  to create variety.   e.g. parsnip.

Enliven the humble Silver Beet by slicing 6-8 leaves and replacing the carrots!  Cooking time will need to be decreased to approx 6 min
