I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Chop Cauliflower roughly and put into TM Bowl. "Closed lid" then Turbo pulse 2 to 3 times.
Add water
Cook for 12 minutes 100 degrees speed 1.
Add butter, salt and pepper and parmesan if using
Mix 30 seconds Speed 7.
Adjust seasoning to taste.

"Ferment" Excellent recipe!! I made it without Parmesan cheeese and it was delicious! I wouldn't add the water next time - I'd just wash the cauliflower and pop it straight in, the water from the wash would be enough to steam it up. It's perfect if you would prefer a great mash alternative but without all the calories of cream or cream cheese. This will be a regular in our house!
