There is a teaspoon of cumin and 1/2 tsp of all spice in the ingredients list.... it doesn't say at any stage in the method to add those two ingredients??? I haven't finished it yet so not sure if I should add it. I've finely chopped my cucumber and tomato myself so skipped step two and going straight to step three tmrc_emoticons.)

Sorry I did not like the chopping instructions. These ingredients should be chopped finely and I had to repeat the chopping for tomato and cucumber several times and it was still big. I believe turbo would be a better option at 0.5 or 1 second intervals as it finely chops more evenly.

also the mixture is very wet because of the water content in cucumber and tomato. I went through so many paper towels to absorb the water. I added salt but didn't want to oversalt and affect the flavour. I'm not sure how to do this part better perhaps the tomato and cucumber need to be half frozen when chopped?

Was a very wet mix. Would use curly leaf parsley next time and less lemon juice.

perhaps the Tomatoes were very juicy as well.

Great Easy recipe. My parsley was a little bit fine so next time will chop for less time. But a very easy enjoyable recipe.

Great but mine turned out alittle wet.  Next time Im going to deseed the cucumber and I need to remember to blitz the lemon zest before starting.  Also a touch of salt with the cumin/allspice was needed.
