- 100 g yoghurt
- 100 g water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tomato diced
optional
- 1 cucumber, diced
- half brown onion, sliced finely
- pinch paprika
- 2 Chillies, sliced finely

- Put the coriander in the thermomix and blend on speed 6 for 3 seconds. Add yoghurt, water and salt. Blend speed 3 for 3-5 seconds. Add tomato. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" for 3-5 seconds on speed 1.
If you wish to add any of the optional items. Add the ones you have chosen and again mix "Counter-clockwise operation" for 3-5 seconds on speed 1.
Serve with Biryani, Indian rice dish or a Curry.

I use organic or biodynamic yoghurt.
