Recipe's preparation

  1. Puree Rocket and Water 30 sec, speed 6. Scrape bowl and process further 1 min, Speed 10

  2. Add Agar Agar. Mix Speed 2, 100 deg for 2 min until reaches boiling point.

  3. Draw mixture up into syringe and inject into tubing (which acts as a mold) Avoid air bubbles. Tubing can be kept coiled for ease of handling.

  4. Submerge filled coils into ice water bath to set for a few min. Remove from water. Can be kept in tube like this until ready to use.

  5. To remove from tube, fill syring with air and inject into end of tube. Your spagetti will shoot out the other end!

Inject the air slowly and "paint" yourspagetti onto the plate

Tip

Agar Agar is a great vegetarian alternative to Gelatine. It is heat tolerant to about 80 deg so can be served warm - just submerge in warm water.

Substitute other greens or veg - great fun to get the kids to eat their veg!
