Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Delicious!
Loved this. Using a TM31, I used 800gr sweet potato and 100ml almond milk.
adding in the spices and butter later.
I probably blended too long tho it ended up silky smooth and absolutely delicious 🤩 Thank for a great recipe. It tasted quite sweet, I could eat it as a dessert lol.
Delcious! Will make this again
Loved it, made it as is and turned out perfectly.
Loved it!! Added around 220 g milk and maybe could have been a little less but didn’t matter - was great - thanks!
Yum!! I didn’t put any extra flavouring except a little salt and it was just perfect!!
only used half the milk. yummy!
Very easy and tasty recipe. I used the exact amount of milk as in the recipe and it was fine. Didn't bother with the butterfly whisk, just used the normal blades and blended at 4.5 for about half a minute. Thanks for posting!
Very yum, added brown sugar too for extra flavour
Yummo
great side dish thanks so much
