I really loved this take on a chia pudding. I used regular yoghurt rather than natural and it was lovely and sweet.
This is a great easy recipe, I really enjoyed it. I used it for smoothies, topping fruit for a snack and eating it off the spoon! I am making it a second time today.
Alot simpler than other chia puddings I've found! Will definitely make again

We made this last night and ate it for breakfast this morning. I enjoyed it and my husband and 2 and 4 year old ate it all up too. We topped it with raspberries, blueberries and some flax and sunflower seeds and it was filling and tasty. My only comment is that it's not an overly inexpensive breakfast with the 1kg natural yoghurt and the vanilla paste. But a good healthier option than lots of cereals. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
One of my regular go to recipes tonight I added blueberries into the mix.
