  3. Carefully pour batter into pan holes. Return to oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and risen.

Tip

Recipe adapted and converted from Super Food Ideas - July 2010, Page 60

Original recipe instructed that the batter should be refrigerated for 1 hour before baking.  I did not do this and they were light and fluffy.

Very tasty however didn't really rise much. Wondering however if it's because I put a cold casserole into the oven & dropped the temperature?! Oh well will just have to make again to test my theory  tmrc_emoticons.;)

Great recipe. This was my first time making Yorkshire puddings and they rose beautifully. Very impressed. Thank you.

These were fantastic!  I used three eggs instead of two to make them rise up even more.  I made a batch of a dozen to have with our dinner tonight.  The kids had eaten four before dinner was even served. I almost missed out! A great alternative to bread as a side with a meal- lovely for soaking up gravy and sauce.  Thank you so much for sharing this simple and yummy recipe.
