- 2 tablespoons Oil for frying
- 3 Carrots, chunks
- 2 Small beetroots peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons TM vege stock
- water

Put ginger and garlic in TM bowl Sp9 2-3 sec
Add oil and cook 100C, 2 mins, Sp2
Add all other ingredients and add water until 1-2 inches higher than the blades. Cook for 25 mins, Sp3, 100C.
In the last minute blitz on Sp 7 for 30 secs.

This smelt really nice when it was cooking but we found the flavours weren't to our tastes.
