Ingredients

Cauliflower Soup

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 grams spring onion
  • 25 grams Butter, diced
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons chicken stock
  • 500 grams water, boiled
  • 350 grams cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 100 grams potato, 1/2 a medium potato ( cubed )
  • 200 grams Milk
  • 100 grams bacon, chopped finely

Recipe's preparation

    Cauliflower Soup
  1. Place garlic and spring onions into TM bowl and chop for 5 secs on speed 6, scrape down TM bowl with spatula.

    Add butter and saut'e for 1 min at 100 degrees on speed 1.

    Add flour, chicken stock and boiled water set for 2 mins at 100 degress at Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    Add cauliflower and potato set for 16 mins at 100 degrees on speed 1

    Puree mixture in TM to desired consistency for 1 min slowly going from speed 1 - 7 .

    Add milk and bacon for 2 min at 100 degrees on speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"     .

    I made this today and did what the previous person did added extra potatoe and no milk or flour. Cooked the bacon wth the garlic and onion. I did add more water too. Really nice soup thank you for the recipe.

    i cooked bacon separately. Also added the spring onion and bacon before serving for crunch

    Delicious Healthy Soup. Tasty and so easy to make with staples. I added bacon when cooking onion and garlic.

    Beautiful loved this soup added 2 potatoes so didn't need to add any milk added ginger pan fried the bacon, vegetable stock, no flour then I made a 2nd round of it and added a tin of chickpeas no potatoes and mild massaman curry paste it was not a good move adding curry paste it didn't taste as good and I had to add flour to get it thick will stick to the first way I cooked it
