Ingredients
Chicken cream corned soup
- 2 cloves garlic
- 15 grams cooking oil
- 100 grams chicken thigh fillet, cut into strips
- 420 grams Can creamed corn
- 2 heaped tsp cornflour (approx 1/3 cup), dissolved in 100grams of water
- 1 tsp chicken stock
- 1 egg
- 500 grams boiled water
- 30 grams onion, approx. 1/2 a medium onion

Place garlic and onion in TM bowl and chop it for 5 sec on speed 6 then scrape garlic down
Add oil and saute for 2 mins at 100 degree on speed 1
Add chicken and cook for 2 mins at 100 degree &
Add creamed corn, chicken stock (or vegetable stock) and boiled water and cook for 4 mins at 100 degree on speed 1
Set 1 minute at 100 degree on speed 1, slowly add cornflour mixture first followed by the egg through opening in the TM
Chicken Creamed Corn Soup
Tip
garnish with parsley and season to suit.

Easy and tasted beautiful, i did add 10mls of soy sauce to it halfway thru cooking.
Beautiful tasty soup! So easy. only had tin of corn kernels so blitzed 3/4 tin and put rest in whole. Yummy my husband loved it too.
