Ingredients

  • 80 g dry chickpeas
  • Handful fresh parsley
  • small onion
  • 1 leek
  • 50 gun-salted butter
  • 200 gDiced chicken breast
  • 1100 g water
  • 1 tbs concentrated vegetable stock
  • Pinch pepper
  • Pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 50 g frozen corn
  • 100 gdiced carrot

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill Chick peas 1 min / speed 9 (set aside) 

    Chop parsley, onion. leek 5 secs / speed 6

    Add butter and saute for 5 mins / 100 C / Speed 1

    Add chick pea flour, stock and water (mix 2 secs speed 4)

    Add Chicken and cook for 15 mins / 100 C / Reverse / Speed 1

    Add vegetables and pepper and cook for a further 10 mins / 100 C / Reverse / Speed 1 

    Serve with sour cream and chopped chives

    Loved this recipe! what a great idea to grind the chickpeas!!! a wonderful way to hide a bit more protein in kids meals  tmrc_emoticons.;)

    One of the best soups I have made! I didn't have a leek but it was fine without it. Also put in 500g chicken for a meatier soup.
