- 50 grams Olive Oil.
- 400 grams tomato passata, or tinned chopped tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
- 650 grams water
- 50 grams tomato paste
- sea salt, To taste
- 400 grams mixed vegetables, Mushroom, carrot, celery, potato, peas
- 400 gram Cannellini Beans, Drained
- 100 gram pasta shells, Dried
- Fresh crusty bread

Place parsley, basil in mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec speed 7
Place onion, garlic in mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec, speed 7
Scrape sides
Add oil, sauté 3mins/ varoma/ speed 1
Add tomatoes, stock, paste, salt, all veggies except peas
cook 15min/ 100 C/ "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
add peas, beans, pasta
Cook 10min/ 100 C / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1
Sprinkle with reserved herbs and bread

When does the water need to be added? Its not in the method.
Also what reserved herbs? It doesn’t say anything about reserved herbs.
in the preparation list you have forgot to add the water in.

Tastes great but doesn't fit with those qtys in the TM31? Already reaches the max mark with that amount of water without the full amount of veggies or pasta... Maybe it was for the Tm5?

Easy and fast to make. Added bacon to the onion and garlic chop/saute. Really tasty and perfect for a cold night and even the sickie kid loved it. Fresh bread and it was a full and hearty meal with lots left over for lunch the next day
Just made this and it is yummo very thick rich and hearty tasting just perfect for a cold night!!!! Will definately make again.
I used dried basil and parsley, omitted the beans, and used frozen mixed veg that input in with the pasta. So fresh and tasty!
Made a few substitutions (cooked pearl barley instead of pasta, no stock so subbed with a splash of Worcestershire sauce) and it was delicious! A quick, hearty, seasonal regular in our house now
