Pumkin Soup
- 1 Small butternut pumpkin cubed
- 3 potatoes quartered
- 1 Onion halved
- 1 zucchini, halved
- 1 carrot chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- 900 grams water
- 2 level tablespoons EDC Vegetable Stock
- 20 gram Butter
- salt and pepper to season
- Sour cream or crumbled feta

- Fill TM bowl with 900g water.
Fill Varoma with vegetables and garlic cloves.
Place Varoma onto the TM and cook for 30 mins, Varoma, speed 2.
Put the steamed vegies and stock into the TM bowl with the water that is already in the bowl. (You can add more water if needed). Cook for 15 mins, 90, speed 2 "Counter-clockwise operation" with the MC on.
Add butter then blend soup gradually increasing speed from 1 to 5 for approx 20 seconds carefully.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream or crumbled feta and crusty bread.
Pumpkin Soup
Tip
Make sure the bowl is not overfilled with the vegetables in step 4 or the bowl will overfill when it is boiling. This may be the case if the pumpkin and potatoes are too big.

This is my go to soup that i have been making for over a year now. I chop and change the vegetables and it is always very tasty. Thanks for sharing!
This soup was delicious! I added a turnip, a parsnip and a swede as well as 2 TBSP veg stock concentrate instead of chicken stock cubes and about half a cup of fresh cream at the end. Will definitely make again!
