Ingredients

  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 2 Chillis
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 10 Basil leaves
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 600ml water
  • 1/2 package angel hair pasta 1.5 cm lengths
  • 1 tbs TM vegetable stock concentrate
  • 1 onions skin and quarter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 mushrooms diced

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place in bowl and chop parsley, onion, chillis and celery for 3 seconds on speed 7


    Add oil and saute for 2 minutes on speed 1 at 100C


    Add chicken, capsicum and mushrooms cook for 3 minutes speed 1 at 100C Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"


    Add tomatoes, water, salt, and pepper cook for 10 minutes on speed 1 at 100C Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"


    Add paste and shredded basil cook for 4 mins on speed 1 at 100C Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" until pasta is soft.


    Serve in soup bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of finely shredded basil in middle of the bowl.
