- 300 grams water
- 250 grams sunflower seeds
- 100 grams sesame seeds
- 50 grams pepitas
- 50 grams poppy seeds
- 50 grams Linseeds
- 15 grams psyllium husks
- 10 grams Wattleseed

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180oC fan forced
Place all ingredients into TM bowl
Blend for 10 seconds on speed 3
Place mixture onto 2 prepared baking paper lined trays, to create a thin layer
Bake at 180oC fan forced for 1 hour, leave oven ajar and allow to cool in oven ideally overnight for a crispy texture
Break into desired pieces and serve with my Hommus Dip recipe
