- 1 bunch parsley, fresh
- 1/2 --- onion
- 500 grams marinated steak, diced into 2cm cubes
- 60 grams breadcrumbs (made in Thermomix)
- 1 --- egg

Make breadcrumbs as per EDC basics, page 14
Add garlic, onion and parsley and chop for 5-10 sec on speed 7
Add meat and mince for 8 sec on speed 7
Add breadcrumbs and egg and stir for 5 sec on speed 6
Form into small balls and place onto a greased baking tray for approx 20 mins or until golden
breadcrumbs
