Ingredients

onion

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 1 --- carrot
  • 150 g green olives
  • 200 g Sundries tomatoes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Chili powder
  • 30 mushrooms

Recipe's preparation

    START COOKING!
  1. Place onion, garlic and ginger into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed7. 


    Scrape down sides of bowl. Repeat if needed.


    Add oil and saute 3 min/varoma/speed 1.


    add the rest of the ingredients and chop 15 sec/speed 7.


    scrape down sides of bowl, and repeat if needed.


    cut middles out of the mushrooms and spoon mixture into them.


    bake on 180 degrees celcius for 20 mins.

Tip

be creative, add whatever you have in the fridge and need to use.
