Ingredients
BANANA BREAD
- 225 grams S R Flour
- 70 grams caster sugar
- 110 grams Coconut Sugar or Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 level tsp cinnamon
- 1 level teaspoons Vanilla or Salted Caramel Essence
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 level teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large bananas
- 125 grams coconut oil

- Pre-heat oven 170 deg c and line a loaf pan
Add the eggs, oil, vanilla (or salted caramel essence) and bananas to Thermomix and mix for 20sec/sp6.
Add the self raising flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, caster sugar and cinnamon to your Thermomix bowl and mix for 10sec/sp 5. Scrape down the sides of your bowl and mix for a further 5sec/sp5.
Pour into your prepared loaf pan and bake 45 or until skewer comes out clean.
