This makes 4 quite large pancakes which fills Mr 7yr old to the brim - but he does love pancakes! The recipe from which this was adapted stated it makes 10-12 portions when spooning in 1-2tbs dollops.
Creation of Masterpiece
Tip
Mr 7yr old loves his pancakes served with butter & golden syrup on top but you could use maple syrup, blueberries, choc chips, sprinkles etc.
Enjoy!

Made this today, it was absolutely delicious. I'm going to add a little cinnamon and vanilla next time!
Sensational!!! Double batch made heaps for a family of 4. Omitted sugar and used GF SR flour due to dietary requirements, and everyone devoured them... awesome recipe
Amazing! I thought I was the problem with pancakes but this recipe makes it easy!
anyone tried adding blueberries in with the banana? Would I have to put less liquid?
On high rotation on weekend at our house! I love that they're sweet without having too much sugar. I also add a dash of vanilla. My 2yo loves them! Thank you
Made for the kids this morning and was a huge hit! Will be making again
Thanks for sharing this recipe! We have cooked this so many times! Pancakes always turn out fluffy and nice!
I should have read the comments and doubled the recipe as these were bloody delicious. Thankyou for posting, this will be our new fave weekend breakfast
Big hit!
Doubled the quantity and added desiccated coconut and a touch of vanilla essence.
Kids (and parents) devoured them.
Perfect using almond milk and 2 bananas and no eggs
