Delicious pudding. There is nothing like homemade chocolate sauce pudding. From the thermomix even better. Thank you for this recipe it's easy & perfect 😍

Light, chocolatey, saucy PERFECTION! Easy dessert, made out of cupboard staples - that is delicious!
My only changes were to add some vanilla & a pinch of salt. Thank you for a great recipe!

    Absolutely delicious!
super easy to make & turned out lovely & light.
I made a double batch which ended up overflowing in the oven, so definitely use a very big dish when doubling the recipe.
I added a little extra cocoa in both the mix & topping, but probably could have added more for a stronger chocolate taste

Great recipe I did a double batch and cooked in the oven came out beautifully only thing I would change is next time I would increase the water in the sauce as I think it just needed a touch more sauce

    Was very yummy
I added 420g water but might try 400g next time.
Well worth cooking again and again.

Devine! This is my go to self-saucing recipe. My only two changes were that I reduced the sugar in the pudding to 65g and I increased the water in the sauce to 430g. Lovely and light. Thanks for sharing! I can't get the stars to work but definitely 5 stars.

This needs a lot more liquid or perhaps cooked in small ramekins. Tastes good though.
