- 400 grams sugar
- 67.5 grams cocoa
- 2 teaspoons Bi Carb Soda
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 260 grams buttermilk
- 240 grams vegetable oil
- 250 grams boiled water

- Add all ingrediants but boiled water into TM bowl Sp5 20sec.
Add boiled water mix until combined on Sp5.
Pour into greased 9"x 13" Baking Dish -1hr
or Cup Cake pan - 23mins
or 2- 8"x 2" round cake tins bake 45mins
Bake in oven - 300F slow
fan forced -130
conventional -150
Tip
SUBSTITUTE FOR BUTTERMILK - 1tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice into a 1measuring cup and fill with milk let stand 5min.

Nice and easy recipe, I used gluten free flour and light brown sugar to keep it moist as gluten free flour is often dry, haven't eaten it yet but it looks good, it took 5 minutes longer to cook.
