- 1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 100 g coconut milk, (freeze the rest)
- 115 g Milk
- 180 g Shredded coconut
- dash coconut essence
- dash vanilla extract

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a deep pie dish.
Whisk all the ingredients 20secs/sp4.
Pour into the prepared dish and bake 25-35mins, or until cooked. It will depend on the size of your dish.
Chill in the fridge before serving.
Add a dollop of cream or icecream to really make it sing 😉
How to:
Tip
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or extra coconut if desired.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
