Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These are so good so easy CEA Recipes are the best
Very yum & easy! Thanks for sharing
Delicious!! Doubled the recipe (except for sugar) without issues. Made 24 cupcakes, great kids size as they rose to below the edge of the patty cases.
Fantastic recipe - very light and fluffy. Mine turn out quite blonde - not like the golden ones in the picture. Usually bake for 15 mins rather than 12. I have tried many cupcake recipes and this is by far the best!
Delicious! Can this be used as a cake recipe?
Easy as
Even yummier
Will be making these again
Made these last night. Turned out great. Lunchbox filler for the grandson.
(OMG, the batter tho, Dont try it.... You WILL want to eat it all.... DELISH :-O )
Boonenne:
Hi, Silly question. Do you put the jam in the batter? Or drop it in the middle of the batter once in the cupcake wrappers?? Does it sink a bit?
Very easy, I doubled, added less sugar, put a small amount of jam. Cooked 15 minutes then rolled in cinnamon sugar.
So quick & easy! Whipped up a batch of caster sugar first then continued. Definitely a hit in our house. 👏🏻
