- 370 grams flour
- 115 grams icing sugar
- 10 pieces Dried Dates, Roughly chopped
- 10 heaped tablespoon edible dried rose petals

Butter, flour and icing sugar to thermomix
Speed 5, 3 mins
Put dough onto pastry mat, knead into a ball
Roll in chopped dates and rosepetals
Mix through by kneading
Roll out dough
Take small piece of dough and roll into a ball, place onto a well greased baking tray and press with a fork to slightly flatten.
Bake in oven 180 degrees Celcius for 15 to 20 mins.
Allow to cool on a wrack.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
