- 230 grams Self Raising Flour
- 80 grams brown sugar
- 170 grams Milk

- 460 grams water
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 grams brown sugar

Place dates and walnuts in mixer bowl, mix 8 seconds, speed 7, MC on, set aside.
Place butter in mixer bowl and melt 1 minute, 50 degrees, speed 2.
Add remaining pudding ingredients including walnut mixture and mix 10 seconds, speed 5.
Pour into pudding bowl (10 cup capacity)
Rinse bowl thoroughly
In rinsed bowl add all sauce ingredients and mix 2 1/2 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 2.
Carefully pour over pudding mixture
Cook in 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until top of pudding is just set.
